The RSR Program is an international cricket development initiative led by Robin Singh (former India cricketer and international coach), offering students aged 7 to 19 a unique opportunity to experience structured coaching, exposure, and placement in the global cricketing ecosystem. The program is run in support with GEMS Education tie up.

To identify cricketing potential at an early age, provide world-class training, ensure academic continuity, and create global opportunities for students through sport. It also instills discipline, leadership, and fitness with balanced diet program.

All GEMS students aged 7 to 19, both boys and girls, whether they play cricket seriously or are just getting introduced to the game.

  • Selection process with soft ball matches and net sessions.
  • Every Registered player will get a customised softball cricket kit: Kit bag, Wickets, Bat, 3 softballs, Abdominal guard, Cap, T-shirt, and trouser – personalised with child’s name and chosen number
  • Interaction with celebrity cricketers.
  • Motivational sessions and Q&A with Cricketers.
  • Group and batch wise photo shoots (posted on RSR and School social media)
  • Any identified natural talents will be selected for scholarship certificates
  • Selected once will received year full of Free training & possible foreign tours (subject to school/parent consent)
  • Recognition as a "young cricketing hero" throughout the year
  • All activities will be conducted in safe, shaded, or evening hours after school hours.
  • Transport for the selected once will be provided by RSR Program through the School Buses.
  • Selection process to be held within the school campus in batches based on registrations for this age category players. If the registered crowd is exceeding the assumed number we will organise with other gems schools in Dubai, Sharjah or in Abu Dhabi.

No. For the first time we are planning this as an event-driven exposure. Even non-players can participate, interact with international athletes, and be part of an unforgettable experience. Registration fees remain same.
