Cricket Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of selectors who are former Cricket legends with direct supervision of Mr Robin Singh. Trials will take place at various locations in the UAE and Gulf Countries, determined by the number of registrations received. Each group will consist of 500 participants and undergo 5 stages of evaluation, with players being filtered at every stage.
Players selected at the final stage will be offered a scholarship agreement, granting them access to the full benefits of the RSR Cricket Scholarship Program.
Below are the facilities and benefits provided to selected players with stage 1 and Stage 2 process
Stage 1: Training and Development in UAE and Gulf Countries

Regular video and performance reports shared with county clubs and academies in the UK.
Participation in cricket tournaments and matches with players of similar skill levels for game evaluation.
Opportunities to compete in international cricket tournaments and matches to gain invaluable experience.
Stage 2: Top-Tier Training for Exceptional Performers
Players identified as top performers in Stage 1 will advance to the elite training category of Stage 2, receiving the following benefits after selection by coaches, clubs, and scouting teams based on overall performance.
Transfer to cricket county clubs in England or top academies worldwide for specialised, high-level training tailored to the player’s skills and potential.
Comprehensive coverage of travel, lodging, and boarding expenses for both short- and long-term training programs, as recommended by the RSR Program management.
Partnerships with schools in England and other European countries ensure uninterrupted education for players. These institutions prioritize both academics and sports excellence, with RSR covering all tuition and boarding costs.
Players will continue to receive all Stage 1 support, including access to personalised coaching, performance tracking, and high-performance centres, during their international deputation.
Players will receive continuous sponsorship and resources until quarterly reviews by scouting teams are completed.
If a player is selected to join a Premier County Cricket Club, the RSR Scholarship Program will conclude, transitioning the player fully to their new team, marking the start of their professional cricket career.
What We Cover
Players identified as top performers in Stage 1 will advance to the elite training category of Stage 2, receiving the following benefits after selection by coaches, clubs, and scouting teams based on overall performance.
Selected players' travel costs, including visa and airline tickets, will be fully borne by the RSR Program.
All coaching and associated fees will be covered by the RSR team for the player.
The RSR Program will pay for the player’s tuition and boarding expenses.
Players will be part of their respective school teams and participate in school tournaments.
The duration of the player's stay in England can be short-term or long-term, depending on their performance and progress in their chosen sport.
Club coaches will work to ensure the player excels and will help showcase their skills to other Cricket Clubs across Europe.
Partner schools follow the British curriculum and will ensure that players do not miss any academic milestones. The RSR Program will also coordinate with the player’s current school in the UAE and Gulf countries to secure necessary approvals.
Players will only be deputed with prior approval from their current school and consent from their parents.
During the player’s stay in England, all expenses related to apparel, equipment, and other necessities will be managed by the RSR Program.
